This late season producer require a long season which could be one of the reasons why it is not commercially grown. Nevertheless, the early staring and late harvesting is worth it when you can enjoy the unique authentic mole sauce when cooking with this pepper. Short plant grows well in containers. Setting dark green pods turning dark brown with medium thick flesh.
