One of the largest, thickest, sweetest pepper we ever seen, This Turkish treasure is so unique we decided to plant many more plants for our personal use. This very-sweet monster size pepper is mainly used for stuffing in a lot of native Turkish dishes. The pepper is so huge some single pods weight over a pound. The long shape and thick meaty flesh gives this pepper a distinctive advantage over other traditional stuffing peppers since it can be stuffed with twice the amount of any large pepper and still cooked perfectly even. When cooked/baked, and unlike most stuffing peppers, this variety does not give out water which may be seen as an extra advantage since too much water can ruin the meal by making it mushy. In turkey, this pepper is used for many famous (Dolması) meals with rice and meat.
