Tobago Scotch Bonnet


Another treasure from Trinidad/Tobago region this huge pepper has strong, sometimes too strong smell, the very aromatic pepper has low to medium heat which makes it perfect for fresh eating or stuffing with rice and meat like stuffed bell pepper. It works for stuffing better than any bell pepper because it has thinner skin allowing the mean and rick to cook well faster, in addition, it is hot or spicy enough not too hot so everyone can enjoy the meal. Very easy to grow variety, pods are huge,turning  from lime green to orange to red, can be used at any stagesince the flesh is firm and crunchy in all stages, but its preferred when its green for stuffing.
